Room Occupancy:
Number of Adults should include all occupants 18 years of age and older.
All guests registering must be 18 years of age (19-21 years of age required at some locations) and must present photo identification upon check-in.
Children 17 years of age and under are free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance.
Generally, one or two persons may occupy a room with one bed. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two beds.
The Corvallis Towne House is a pet friendly motel that we understand that pets are an extension of your family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with pets. Just because you’re furry, should not mean you have to spend the night in the car. Unlike other “pet friendly” motels, we never charge for Service animals.
Pet Policy
A pet fee of $10.00 is required for each pet per night. ( Maximum of 2 pets per room).
Your pet must be declared during guest registration, guests who do not register their pet or bring non-approved pets into a guest room will
be charged a $200.00 fee.
In consideration of all Motel guests, your pet must never be left unattended in the guestroom.
Please keep your pet on a leash (or in a carrier) when you are outside your room.
As the registered guest, you are financially responsible for:
Any damage, excessive and/or exceptional cleaning charge at the Canyon Motel, and this includes, but is not limited to, pet odors and pet stains
Any injuries to Towne House Motel employees or motel guest caused by your pet
Cancelation Policy: To avoid being charged, we require at least 24 hours (1 day) advanced notice prior to your arrival date. In seasons and special weekends, we require one week (7 days) to cancel your reservation.
Credit Card policy:
We require a valid credit card to confirm your reservation and guarantee your room. Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to this card in advance of your arrival. Otherwise, your card will not be charged until you check-out.
Sorry, there are absolutely no refunds after check-in for any reason.
