Corvallis Towne House Motor Inn is conveniently located in downtown Corvallis, near the historic district, waterfront park,
10 minutes walk to Oregon State University. . . Restaurant on property and many nearby.

- There is a 2-nights minimum to stay during holidays, special weekends and sports weekends.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

Policies & Fees: Generally, one or two persons may occupy a room with one bed. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two
beds. Children 12 years of age and under are free when occupying the same room with an adult family member.

Cancellation : (Holidays, sports weekends, and special weekends).If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will
be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Pet Policy: The Towne House Motor Inn allows up to 2 dogs in specifically appointed rooms; additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) will not
be accepted. A fee of $15 per dog is required upon check-in. We have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms, so please let us know if you
plan on bringing your dog when you reserve a room. A $250.00 charge will be assessed to the guest account for any unregistered pets,
or If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the motel room.

Cancellation: Cancellations require at least 24 hours unless the reservation falls on a holidays, sports weekends, or any other special weekends. For cancellations or modifications of reservations on special weekends, the Towne House Motor Inn requires a 7 day notice
before the date of arrival. If a reservation is cancelled or modified within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the first night
will be charged.

Credit Card :  We require a valid credit card to confirm your reservation and guarantee your room. Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to your credit card in advance of your arrival. Otherwise your credit card will not be charged until you check-out.
